This Privacy Policy describes how Bynovarionyxo S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Bynovarionyxo”, “we”) processes the personal data of people who visit bynovarionyxo.com, complete forms or register on our real estate crowdlending platform. We comply with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulations, as well as the complementary rules in force in the Argentine Republic as of 2026.

2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through our forms (name, email, message), the technical data generated by your browsing (approximate IP address, device, browser type, pages visited) and the information required for identity verification processes if you operate as an investor on the platform.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to enquiries, manage your participation in real estate crowdlending projects, comply with legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations, improve the site experience and send relevant communications when you have given your consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual relationship, on the company's legitimate interest in fraud prevention and site security, and on compliance with applicable legal obligations, including those issued by the National Securities Commission and the Financial Information Unit.
5. Retention periods
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and for the minimum periods required by applicable Argentine regulations. When no longer necessary, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients and providers
We may share data with technology providers (hosting, analytics, communication), authorised banking and financial institutions, auditors and public bodies where a legal obligation exists. We select our providers seeking reasonable safeguards of security and confidentiality.
7. International transfers
Some providers may operate outside Argentina. In such cases, we adopt reasonable contractual and technical measures so that data benefits from a level of protection equivalent to that provided by Argentine legislation.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection to processing, as well as withdraw your consent where it is the applicable basis. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority on this matter.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. This includes access controls, encryption in transit, activity logs and periodic reviews of our practices.
